We had a fantastic time staying at Chilled Backpacker in Siem Reap. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like we were staying at a luxury hotel. They were always eager to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The restaurant served delicious food and the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. The hostel also offered a variety of promos and gimmicks to make our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with stores and popular attractions like Pub Street and the Old Market just a short walk away. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Chilled Backpacker to our friends.

Great staff, convenient location,Wi-Fi worked every time, clean, modern and great price. Will stay there again for sure. Also really liked that they had their own tuk tuk drivers.

Motherhome was the best hotel Ive stayed in asia so far,Congrats to the owners and staffs.Everything was perfect, perfect location, delicios breakfast, very nice restaurant, friendly and helpful staffs!Very good facilities, free bike,free airport pick up, welcome cocktail,a vaste variety on the breakfast.!!Uow!!! I will try to come back to try the sister hotel, the motherhome in next time!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, affordable prices. Sociable vibe and long pool.

The plentiful staff makes sure your have everything you need during your stay. They will arrange tuk tuk's for you to get around town and so much more. The hotel offers massage services and meal options (although you could find the same things for less if you go into Siem Reap). The hotel arranged a tuk tuk driver to take us all around Angor Archeological Park (a 7-hour jaunt) for $16. A fantastic hotel that I would stay at again.

Basically everything! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was delicious, the room was nicely decorated and cleaned daily, great tuk tuk drivers, free massage if you stay for 3 or more nights, free bikes, I could go on for ever. Incredible value for money!

One minor problem, the cricket infestation!

Fantastic staff, fluent in English, offering great assistance with trips and transportation. Clean and comfortable, easily the best place we've stayed in Cambodia and the surrounding countries.

Motherhome Guesthouse had been recommended to me by fellow travellers on the basis of its friendly service and location. I was only in Siem Reap for one night - en route from Battambang to catch a flight to Bangkok the next day. The attentiveness and help of the charming staff were exemplary. Greatly appreciated were the cold towels whenever entering the hotel, the friendliness of the restaurant staff, the advice provided, and the fresh, clean, welcoming environment. Just an easy, pleasant and interesting walk from town!

The restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Some of the best food I had in Siem Reap and definitely the most friendly staff.

The staff's knowledge and friendliness is very mixed. Some are absolutely fantastic (knowledge of venues, the city, of English etc), but some have very basic English and cannot give advice on places in the city. Most annoying was their lack of knowledge on transportation and their insistence that you had to take a tuktuk everywhere (even what turned out to be a five minute walk).

I got great value for my money at Chilled Backpacker - the room was spacious, comfortable, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The location was convenient, with many nearby restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We were really surprised about the level of comfort we received during our stay in Motherhome Guesthouse. The facilities (good restaurant, in house spa services) provided by Motherhome were very good. But it was the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay perfect. We will recommend this hotel to any of our friends!

I had a great time at Siem Reap Chilled Backpacker! Stayed in a comfortable, cleaned private room. The hostel organized group tours during the day, making it easy to meet new friends. The staff was friendly and polite. The pool was a big plus, and the hostel provided a nice seating area. Also, they arranged tuk tuk tours to Angkor at a good price.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The attentiveness of the staff was superb. The cool towels each time we arrived back were always very welcome and such a great idea. Free tea and coffee downstairs, internet, wifi, daily room clean. This place really made our stay in Siem Reap. We had looked at alternatives with a pool but none beat Motherhome for welcome, comfort and value for money. I sprained my ankle while I was there (visiting the the temples) and the staff were great and brought me ice and always went to help me up and down the stairs each time I hopped out of the room. Absolutely faultless. And a great breakfast too.

Our Television was a bit dodgy but that wasn't a dealbreaker.

Staff is excellent and very willing to help. Room is clean and generally quiet. Food (both breadfast and dinner) is one of the best we've had in Cambodia. The steamed snapper is a must-have. Free computer with internet is also another plus.

Hotel didn't change our sheets for the 3 days we were there. It would be better if hotel staff speak more English. Its location is kind of remote. Walking to old market would easily be 30+ minutes. Don't go to the recommended buffet dinner + Aspara dancing at Mondial restaurant. Its food is horrible and dancing not very good. The food at Motherhome Guesthome is much better and would cost cheaper.
